By acting upon shared values, companies and their people find the means to out behave and outperform.About the role:As a Senior Instructional Designer/Learning Manager, you will be designing training solutions for our clients. You will be engaging with the clients to understand their business needs. You will attend Design Workshops where you will deliver exciting ideas that will have the greatest impact on the learners; e-learning course, an interactive workbook, a game, an animated sequence, – or a combination of ALL these things. You will guide a team of Graphic Designers, Programmers, and Instructional Designers through the project to ensure that training solutions are creative, captivating, modern and will create a measurable change in the organization. Supporting our Delivery team on an ad-hoc basis.Responsibilities will include:
