Job Description

We are a real estate brokerage located at Don Mills and York Mills and have a part time position opening with our front desk team.Part Time Hours: TBDDuties & Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties – answer telephones and emails, book/confirm appointments & send messages using QOC, greet and communicate with clients, photocopy, fax, mail, deliver and filing of documents
  • Upload and Update Listings On MLS
  • Provide administrative support to the executives and other staff
  • Maintain and track office supplies
Qualifications:
  • Students are welcome (19+)
  • Minimum high school education
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent organization & time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Apple Computers is an asset
Essential skills:
  • MLS & Webforms
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet
