Job Description

Fulfillment AssociateHours Per Week: Hours will average at 24 hours, however may flex between minumum 20-32 in peak.Work Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00am-12:30pm FridaysWork Location: Our Head Office is location near Sheppard West Subway Station - Dufferin & Sheppard Area.This role is a 5 month contractEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately gathering products and items to fulfill an order for an internal or external customer
  • Complete all assigned tasks accurately within the required time-frame
  • Cleaning and tidying as required to maintain a safe work environment
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts to ensure proper inventory numbers
  • Performing warehouse duties including using pallet jacks, lifting boxes, etc.
  • Loading and unloading of inventory, stock, and supplies as required
  • Putting away incoming inventory into specified areas
  • Take part in company initiatives and meetings
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • During high volume periods you must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to work safely with warehouse equipment, minimizing risk to people, machinery & products
  • Strong reading skills with an emphasis on accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to maintain production quotas
  • Interpersonal skills to work well within a team environment
  • Communication skills to express concerns or ideas
  • Strong sense of urgency and time management skills
  • Ability to use computers and scanning technology
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs is an asset
