Full Stack Engineer with expertise in generative AI (GenAI) Toronto Full Stack Engineer with expertise in generative AI (GenAI), advanced analytics, and cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-powered solutions. You will work on creating easy-to-use user interfaces, integrating advanced backend capabilities, and ensuring compliance with AI governance frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable, user-friendly front-end applications with a focus on accessibility and usability. Build and maintain robust back-end systems leveraging Databricks, MongoDB, and ADLS Gen2 for efficient data management. Implement OpenAI LLMs, embedding models, and AI Search features to deliver cutting-edge generative AI solutions. Develop and deploy Document Intelligence features for automating document workflows and extracting insights. Use Kubernetes Services for scalable deployment and manage APIs through APIM for seamless integration. Create and enforce GenAI Governance Frameworks to ensure compliance, ethical AI use, and transparency. Develop standardized architectural components to promote system consistency and analytical scalability. Leverage advanced analytics to generate actionable insights and enhance organizational capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor #39;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master #39;s preferred). Proven experience in full-stack development with a focus on generative AI and advanced analytics. Strong knowledge of OpenAI (LLMs and Embeddings), MongoDB, Databricks, and ADLS Gen2. Proficiency in deploying and managing applications using Kubernetes Services and APIM. Experience with Document Intelligence and implementing AI-driven automation solutions. Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in the financial services industry or working on similar platforms. Hands-on expertise in developing advanced analytical models and AI solutions.
