Job Description

Nutcracker Sweet Inc. is looking for an energetic person who likes to work hard, in a fast-paced warehouse/assembly-line environment during a very busy season. We are looking for someone who can work independently as well as be able to take direction from co-workers and supervisors efficiently. Contract position until December 22, 2022.Warehouse hours are 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00PM Fridays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekends. Shifts and availability will be discussed during the interview.Duties

  • Packing & preparing items for shipping.
  • Working with a team to complete tasks within a set time by following instructions provided by management.
  • Preparation of workspaces for others to work in.
  • Follow instructions pertaining to workflow provided by Management & HR Team.
  • Required to go up ladders (safety training will be provided).
Qualifications
  • Preferred to have at least 1-year experience in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to explain information to coworkers & supervisors efficiently.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to stand up to 5.5 hours at a time completing tasks
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada full time
Pay for this position will be provided directly into the workers bank account every two weeks & is subject to all Canadian laws related to taxation, pensions & other deductions.Job Types: Fixed term contract, Seasonal, Part-timeSalary: $15.50 per hourBenefits:
