Our global product and technology platform, integrated client service model and network of operational centers enable us to deliver a consistent set of services to clients no matter where they are across the world.Position Description: Global Trade is looking for an individual to work with the team to assist the with origination and client management efforts for Global Trades Sales Finance product with a focus on the technology sector and technology vendor financing . In this role, you will have responsibility for product strategy including, identifying and developing client relationships and integration of internal support processes to drive new business.Partnership with Sales, Credit Risk, Operations, and other internal lines of business to determine and deliver the Structured Solutions strategy is critical.Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with Global Trade Sales, Banking, and Sales Finance Transactors to originate and structure Sales Finance programs
  • Partner closely with finance, legal, and risk functional colleagues to ensure sound origination and structuring meets bespoke client needs
  • Focus on business and strategy development, including supporting a global product sales strategy, identifying and developing other business needs or product offerings, ensuring achievement of Trade Finance KPIs, monitoring pipeline and opportunities
  • Help manage the product build-out across the CIB and CB platforms to ensure global capabilities become best in class within the industry
Experience and Education Requirements
  • 8+ years of Trade and working capital finance experience with a focus on the technology sector including vendor financing and a strong working knowledge of corporate finance
  • Significant sales and credit risk experience with a strong ability to drive client solutions
  • Knowledge of alternative financing structures for receivables, including securitization, borrowing base and bilateral receivables facilities
  • Strong knowledge of relevant accounting policy guidelines applicable to receivable purchases and understanding of enforceability / perfection requirements in major trade receivables jurisdictions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
