Job Description

OverviewGoogle Ads Account ManagerWe are in search of an experienced Google Ads Account Manager to join our performance team. You will have ownership of small to enterprise Google Ads Accounts; and be responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of paid media campaigns across the Google Ads Suite.Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and execute campaigns across the entire Google Ads Suite
  • Write compelling Ad Copy and lead the strategic direction of video and display creative
  • Analyze on and off-platform data to drive daily optimizations and overall strategic direction
  • Communicate with clients to discuss campaign performance and strategy
  • Cross department collaboration with creative and Facebook performance teams to drive success across multiple channels.
  • Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and build measurement frameworks
  • Help develop department processes and procedures to help facilitate department growth
  • Monitor key competitors and industry trends, to maintain a competitive advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a performance agency environment
  • 3+ years of experience in managing Google Ads display, video, search, and shopping campaigns
  • 2+ years of experience in client management, and confidence with reporting on positive and negative results
  • Highly creative and experienced with Google Ads Editor, with the ability to write powerful ad copy
  • Performance-driven, with a deep understanding of performance metrics such as CPA/CPE/ROAS/CAC
  • See the value in data and is passionate about recognizing trends and successes in the analytics we use to drive client success
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads is an asset
  • eCommerce industry knowledge is an asset
