  • Evaluating quotes and comparing coverage offerings for our clients.
  • Negotiating terms and coverages with underwriters.
  • Creating and expanding benchmarking reports.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and global insurance markets.
  • Preparing presentations for client and or prospect/meetings.
  • Developing and presenting internal and external renewal strategy documents.
  • Working closely with senior management on high-level projects.
  • Building a network of colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborating with peer and/or senior-level mentor.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
  • Working knowledge of Excel and others MS-Office software programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling positive interactions with employees, management and clients.
  • Proven strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment.
  • Unique ability for resourcefulness.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to change and a willingness to question the status quo in order to improve the work environment.
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
  • Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or any related field between December 2022 and June 2023.
  • Demonstrated leadership or initiative through school, community and/or work.
  • Applicants must have legal work authorization in Canada on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) for Montreal candidates.
