To achieve these goals, we are looking for talented and passionate individuals who want to collaborate and solve challenging problems and make significant and lasting impact on Canadians.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth, the Growth Analyst will join our Marketplace team to support the execution and measurement of marketing strategies for the business. The candidate will work closely with key cross-enterprise stakeholders to assist with building and maintaining dashboards and scorecards that provide actionable insight into business performance data.The ideal candidate must be analytical and data-driven, with experience identifying and aggregating high-level performance insights to influence decision-making. They must possess a keen attention to detail, the ability to deliver multiple projects at once, and be willing to work both independently and collaboratively in an entrepreneurial environment.What youll do

  • Work collaboratively with the Marketplace team and subject matter experts across the organization to assist with end-to-end execution and performance measurement of various growth tactics and experiments across multiple channels (email, paid media, organic social, loyalty & rewards);
  • Build and evolve dashboards and scorecards to track the progress and impact of always-on and ad-hoc campaigns;
  • Work with internal and external teams to source, prepare and update performance data, ensuring it is accurate and complete;
  • Administrative responsibilities, as required;
  • Special projects, as required.
Does this sound like you
  • Enrolled in a post-secondary degree or program (e.g. Business, Marketing, or Mathematics preferred);
  • Strong analytical skills, with knowledge and/or experience building and maintaining reports, dashboards and scorecards to inform business decisions using Looker and Excel;
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with keen attention to detail & the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently;
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio, Adobe Analytics or Looker a plus.
