You have experience strategizing and managing a portfolio of mobile advertising platforms, including paid social, programmatic, and other digital advertising.You’re a results-driven user acquisition marketer who is detail-oriented but loves to see the big picture. You’ve honed your expertise in the past couple of years growing mobile apps or games and are looking for a place to grow and use your powers for good. You have a data-driven mindset and a thorough understanding of the digital and mobile advertising ecosystem. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and you’re ready to roll up your sleeves to test out new channels and platforms.Most important of all, you care about people and ethics and want to run ads for a company that’s really making a difference in the world. You’re one hell of a teammate and a good day’s work is made great by an opportunity to help out a colleague.What You Will DoYou’ll own Flashfood’s user acquisition strategy, getting affordable food to more people and reducing food waste through performance marketing activity on mobile advertising partners

  • Develop and implement user acquisition strategies to grow our shopper base on mobile advertising such as Facebook, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, ironSource, and other channels.
  • Manage day-to-day aspects of new user acquisition channels campaign creation, performance optimization, landing page creation and optimization, reporting, and budget monitoring
  • Set monthly budgets, manage user acquisition goals, and provide performance reports.
  • Own Appsflyer, our MMP, and in-platform reporting to measure, analyze, and optimize our user acquisition efforts and performance
  • Identify, plan, and execute on new channels and sources for potential growth, including both performance channels and other top of funnel digital opportunities
  • Design and test new creative strategies to drive incremental performance improvement across channels with a conversion optimization mindset
  • Mentor junior colleagues and influence the structure of our performance marketing function as we grow
What You Will NeedThis opportunity is less about years of experience and formal education, and more about skills and approach. If you think you’d be a great fit, don’t hesitate to apply, regardless of where you are in your career journey.Ideally, you’ll have:
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a digital media role
  • Hands-on experience buying mobile media and running campaigns on ad platforms including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search, Tiktok Ads, and other programmatic channels
  • Strong experience with attribution platforms and MMPs (i.e. AppsFlyer, Branch, etc.)
  • Experience with mobile acquisition strategies and best practices, including custom audiences, lookalikes, etc.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally, working with designers, product managers and developers
  • Experience planning and running growth experiments (terms like CTR, LTV, CPATC are part of your core vocabulary)
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves to solve problems and propose new solutions
  • Strong analytics expertise to bring forward insights and trends in a way that’s clear and concise with application for the future
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or evidence of proficiency in math, statistics, engineering, computer science or business is an asset (took some MOOC courses through Coursera That’ll do nicely)
  • A passion for reducing waste, fighting climate change and making good food more affordable
