The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set and be capable of efficiently and effectively completing a variety of tasks including electrical work, painting, maintenance, bathroom repairs and renovations, as well as miscellaneous tasks such as landscaping and grass cutting. The Handyman will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and aesthetic appeal of our facilities. .Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical work as needed, including installation, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Execute painting tasks with precision, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
  • Conduct routine maintenance work within rooms, restaurant areas, and both interior and exterior spaces.
  • Handle bathroom repairs, including fixing toilets, tubes, caulking, and installing new fixtures while maintaining existing ones.
  • Utilize expertise to renovate rooms, from planning and execution to completion, including the installation of bathrooms, kitchens, and other amenities.
  • Undertake miscellanous tasks such as grass cutting, landscaping, and any other duties assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in electrical work, painting, maintenance, bathroom repairs, and renovations. Ability to perform miscellaneous tasks such as landscaping and grass cutting.
  • Training: Completion of a formal training program or apprenticeship in relevant trades is preferred.
  • Certifications: Valid certifications or licenses related to electrical work or other relevant trades are an asset.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, and perform tasks that may require physical exertion.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
