Because we have a deep level of respect for each other, there is always room to learn and develop.Reason for the roleHaving success in the Enterprise space in both Canada and the USA, we are excited to launch the role of a Head of Enterprise - Americas at Deliverect. A fantastic opportunity for an established sales leader to bring industry knowledge and experience to further sustainable growth, by attracting some of the largest companies across the restaurant, grocery and dark kitchen landscape across the region.As the Head of Enterprise, you will lead the coordination of all Enterprise sales activities, making strategic decisions in monitoring the sales performance of Enterprise sales functions. Managing the performance and growth of the sales team, you will deploy hyper-focus and industry knowledge in identifying opportunities for ambitious growth and business development.Teaming with internal departments, you will strategically plan and execute new large business sales initiatives, leveraging your relationship-building and project management skills with the passion to achieve new heights.Tasks and responsibilities

  • Design and oversee sales strategies, deployment and support of Enterprise activities, ensuring they are in line with business and product evolution.
  • Maximising operational effectiveness by ensuring resource coverage across territories; keeping in mind that skill and resource levels are maintained and appropriate.
  • Create roadmaps, consult business functions, generate leads for the current and future business, and represent the business at industry events.
  • Work with product and support teams ensuring that collective objectives are aligned to business outcomes
  • Ensure that the process for selection, deployment and continual growth in your Line-of-Business is subject to appropriate and relevant governance.
  • Hire and mentor staff to achieve maximum potential in selling our software solution and continually adding to the Deliverect culture of work.
  • Provide data-driven insights on business activity, as well as support the development of sales and managerial skills.
  • Knowledge and ability to penetrate new territories, projecting and forecasting ROI.
  • Strategically prospect various decision-makers related to the restaurant, grocery and dark kitchen
  • Work collaboratively with finance in developing a comprehensive SaaS pricing model and different strategies per new target vertical and territories, driving sales growth.
  • Develop & train product distributors (White label) including negotiating margins and minimum sales volume requirements with international companies and independent national distributors.
  • Build processes and partner infrastructure within our Hubspot CRM.
  • Support the growth of regional sales offices and pipelines in LATAM.
Job requirements
  • Provide subject matter expertise to senior management on the Line-of-Business and business strategies, change programmes, business operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Effectively communicate with business users at all levels including the Executive Board.
  • Ability to oversee the capture, recording and analysis of operating metrics for applications informing senior management as required.
  • Preparation of reports and budgets for the Enterprise Line-of-Business. Oversee monthly forecasts and provide explanations of variances with detail and insights.
  • Take part in senior leadership team management and decision-making, enhancing both individual and collective accountability.
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to define strategy and policy based on market and data research.
  • Passion and motivation to inspire those within your remit to commit to delivering results across the business.
  • Maintain and promote high personal standards in workplace culture and health, all the while being a great team player. Actively champion Diversity and Inclusion through actions and behaviour.
  • Take part in projects that will ensure greater business and cultural growth.
  • SaaS Enterprise Sales and Marketing experience, with a focus on SaaS Hospitality products.
  • Studies in a relevant field, with supporting industry experience.
