We are known for our high-quality innovative work powered by really amazing people.JOB SUMMARYThe successful candidate will provide creative and medically accurate writing solutions to support the needs of our healthcare clients. Working closely with the account team, the copywriter is responsible for writing, researching, and reviewing medical/healthcare projects/materials (both digital and print) and assisting in their preparation for client and external regulatory reviews.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualizing and writing medically accurate materials, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, websites, and other digital and print collateral materials
• Referencing and preparing of medical regulatory submission packages (familiarity with Zinc, Veeva Vault an asset)
• Providing support on PAAB/ASC submissions and negotiations
• Present creative solutions
• Serve as an internal expert on style and brand voice;
• Collaborate with internal creative team to ensure alignment with both copy and design;
• Participate and collaborate in departmental and organizational continuous improvement initiatives;
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & TRAINING

• Bachelor’s of Health or Life Sciences, Journalism or related field
• Master’s or PhD in Life Sciences (an asset)

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• 2-3 years of experience in medical copywriting for the pharmaceutical industry or related field
• Ability to interpret scientific and medical data
• Previous experience with and expert knowledge of Rx&D, PAAB, and ASC guidelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong documentation abilities
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-functional team environment with rapidly changing priorities and tight timelines
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
