Gameloft is a Vivendi company.All trademarks referenced above are owned by their respective trademark owners.Job DescriptionAs a HR Intern at Gameloft Toronto (4 month contract), you’ll be working with some of the best talents in the world from hit games and franchises including Disney Magic Kingdoms, which was created in this studio.Responsibilities:From the beginning of your journey with us you will:

  • Support the Recruitment Team by conducting comprehensive research on our hiring activity and source candidates
  • Identify recruitment trends and provide supplemental analysis on your findings
  • Assist with data collection, entry, calendar coordination, and email communications with candidates and recruiters
  • As needed, assist with headhunting candidates to fill job vacancies and building talent pipelines, using a variety of tools (ie: ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn)
  • Support the HR Team with various HR projects, which includes the development and maintenance of HR processes and programs in areas such as: compensation, organization development and HRIS deployment
  • Provide HR administrative support to the HR Manager and HR Generalist
  • Other administrative duties, as assigned.
QualificationsProfile:
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program with a focus on Human Resources and are returning to school in September 2022.
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • You want to further explore your passion for HR
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Has excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Maintains a proactive approach and has an excellent ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
