Job SummaryTo perform clerical support duties and document filing related to human resources programs and processes.Reports To: One of:
  • Manager Recruitment
  • Manager Occupational Health, Safety and Disability Management
  • Manager Employee Health and Rehabilition / Employee Assistance Program
Major Responsibilities:
  • Performs program support duties including the processing / preparation of forms, input of data, maintenance of tracking and filing systems.
  • Compiles and summarizes data, statistics and other information using desktop applications and corporate systems.
  • Handles confidential labour relations, recruitment, disability management or employee health information and material.
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience providing administrative/clerical office support duties such as data entry and file maintenance
  • Computer proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
You must also have:
  • Ability to enter numeric data with accuracy.
  • Ability to lift materials weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as cooperatively as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.
Additional Information:
  • This is a temporary full-time job opportunity.
  • Hours of work per week are 35 hours.
  • Work is 100% on-site at one of the identified City locations
