Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources Operations, the HRIS Implementation Specialist will act as a subject matter expert and provides expert advice to ERP Project Team to ensure the successful implementation of a new HRIS system. The HRIS Implementation Specialist will be the point of contact person for HR for AGCO’s first ERP system and will partner with key stakeholders and external vendors to ensure all critical paths are met. This position will also lead the design, testing and training and ensures effective and efficient processes are in place to support organizational and HR objectives related to the implementation of an HRIS.In this role, the successful candidate will:
