This role will be reporting to the Implementation Team Lead. The Implementation Coordinator will focus on managing and seeing the implementations from start to finish! By working alongside external consultants to coordinate and help manage the implementation, the Implementation Coordinator will ensure successful and world-class implementations of LEAP.What you’ll do

  • Managing own implementation pipeline and seeing implementations through from start to finish.
  • Ensuring that a high standard of data entry is maintained in internal systems.
  • Checking client’s PCs for System Requirement compatibility using remote access software.
  • Scheduling all implementations that are kept in-house for onboarding.
  • Liaising with clients and setting their expectations for the data migration.
  • Following up with clients after the implementation.
  • Obtaining Implementation Surveys Answering clients’ pre-implementation queries.
  • Assist external consultants with client queries Identifyamp; resolve issues and enquiries from members of the team including Partner Network and Clients.
  • Maintain Implementation documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor correct use of LEAP policiesamp; procedures.
  • Revising Implementation processes to improve clientamp; consultant experience.
  • Assist with organizing required training, presentations, and events for external consultants.
  • General Troubleshooting.
What you’ll bring
  • Demonstrate organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience working in Software as a Service (SaaS), legal or legal tech industry
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to listen, understand and recommend solutions within the scope of the software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
  • Self-motivated to innovate within the job
