So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.Your day to day:As an Indirect Retail Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and executing the national indirect retail strategy for RBH’s full product portfolio.We are looking for an Indirect Retail Strategy Specialist who has a strong ability to communicate, collaborate, and lead small-to-medium sized projects, with strong organizational and analytical skills.YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

  • Enhancing, maintaining, and executing the trade segmentation strategy, ensuring that all segments have a clear view on their role and capabilities in the business.
  • Supporting and contributing to the design of an ecosystem that enables a holistic legal age consumer journey across products and services while promoting conversion and retention of adults who would otherwise continue to smoke.
  • Supporting the development and deployment of new product launch strategies.
  • Executing the company’s “Go-to-Market” strategies, working closely with the Distribution and Demand Planning teams, and aligning on forecasts and inventory management.
  • Collaborating with SMEs, Trade Activation, Commercial Planning, and all relevant stakeholders to develop, implement, and monitor the trade commercialization plan, and ensure alignment with the overall strategy.
  • Analyzing the indirect retail sales data and identifying opportunities for growth. You will be charged with tracking the effectiveness of the trade model deployed in all selected channels and recommending solutions to achieve the highest ROI.
  • Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, commercial processes and guidelines, and collaborating with stakeholders to cascade and execute them across all layers of the commercial organization.
  • Working with SMEs and retail budget owners in preparing and maintaining rolling forecasts and the original budget.
YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE
  • A University degree in a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial planning, sales strategy, or trade marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of business analytics and MS Office, including an advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
  • Strong project management skills, and a proven track record of building relationships to collaborate cross-functionally toward a common purpose and achieve results.
  • Strong analytical and strategic capabilities as well as the courage to challenge the status quo.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking, the agility to solve problems in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
