  • Work to ensure that information is accessible to different stakeholders via curated and persona-specific “information paths”
  • Work to ensure that there is a singular “source of truth” for all on-going initiatives
Prepare templates to help teams, team leads, delivery managers and other stakeholders visualize, track and manage the artifacts associated with their work and the effectiveness with which they work.With the Director of the PMO, work to support the development of information management policies and standards that both address the organizational requirements based on the usage and flow of information and are simultaneously light-weight and easy to manage.Work directly with team leads and delivery managers, PMs, and Product Managers to support the implementation of documentation policies and practicesEnsure records and documentation support access, security, regulatory, and audit requirements.The Skillset:
  • Experience with MS Sharepoint, Office365 suite, Box (or similar share-drive tools)
  • Some experience in information management and curation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
