Position Title: Information Security AnalystPosition Type: Regular - Full-TimePosition Location: Florenceville GTC OR Toronto, ONRequisition ID: 8856Reporting to the Director of Information Security , the Information Security Analyst is responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of data and has to have knowledge of every aspect of information security within the company. The Security Analyst is responsible for the development and oversight of security requirements involved in new initiatives or the modification and ongoing support of existing objectives and initiatives.Within this role, you will be responsible to lead the technical and operational activities related to Identity & Access Management (IAM), with an immediate focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM), and support control improvements in close collaboration with IT, external service providers, and line-of-business stakeholders providing hands-on delivery to shape and secure capabilities.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Act as a representative contact to both business and IT partners in supporting the development and deployment of IAM & PAM services, maintaining the client relationship of ongoing support.Provide PAM & IAM solution technical support and coordination in projects or for issue resolutions as required.Work with diverse teams of business stakeholders, application owners and administrators to understand and define the key functional and technical requirements and milestones.Coordinate requirements, design specifications build, configuration, and architecture of one or more PAM platforms (i.e. CyberArk, Beyond Trust of Azure PIM) including integral technology components such as password vaulting, privileged session management, application to application authentication, SSH key management, etc. in collaboration with the end user community and business application owners and process owners.Develops the business case for new IAM & PAM products, services and capabilities, as well as improvements to existing products within the portfolio.Defines and maintains operational processes and drives/supports continuous improvement of the capabilities related to service,Participate in the documentation of training, product functionality, process, policies, testing scripts and scenarios and if needed host and deliver training;Develops and/or maintains supporting vendor relationships and SLA’sDevelops IAM/PAM dashboards and reports using analytics, metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.Develops intelligence about user needs and behavior patterns.Plans and recommends cyber security policies/procedures.Conducts research into assigned area ensuring that such research takes into account developments within the field, corporate policies and practices, and regulatory requirements.KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in information technology with at least four (4) years of experience in a security analyst and/or administration role, which includes extensive knowledge and experience with Identity and Privileged Access Management industry leading practices and technologies.Relevant industry certifications from organizations such as ISC2, ISACA, or SANSKnowledge and experience in using NIST, ISO 27000, and other applicable security frameworks.Practical, "field" experience with installing, configuring, and testing PAM and IAM solutionsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory authentication, Group Policy Objects, LDAP, including design, configuration and deployment.Proven ability to work with vendors in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to identified security tools.McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
