You will be joining the team of talented Information Technology Professionals on a mission to support and enable every team at Loopio through the use of technology best practices, automation and modern day technology products.Our IT environment and technology stack is continuously evolving at Loopio and if you are looking for opportunities to collaborate with team members, improve your mastery, and enjoy working in a fast paced collaborative environment, this role is for you!What Youll Be Doing

• Support Loopio’s growing Information Systems through analysis and data collection
• Support in Information System audits
• Support in internal vendor assessmentsWork with the IT Team to build an up-to-date software inventory & data map
• Assist the IT team with any additional projects
• Creating and updating internal documentation for various projects across IT operations

What Youll Bring to the Team

• 1+ year(s) professional or educational experience in IT, Business Systems or Security environment
• Strong attention to detail in written communications/documentation
• Experience with IT AdministrationExperience with Data Entry
• Curiosity, we want you to take initiative and give us feedback on how we can continue to improve our processes!
• Prior experience with supporting security audits is a bonus for this role!
• Nice to have: Knowledge of SaaS software & Software Procurement Process
• Knowledge of Software Procurement Process
• Experience with supporting security audits

Where Youll Work

• Loopio is a remote first workplace that operates under a Hub Region Model. We recognize the advantages and flexibility of working remotely and we integrate that into the way we work!
• Right now, Loopio has one central Hub which is our Toronto Hub Region and our teams mostly work regular business hours in the EST time zone.
• Loopers and future-Loopers can live anywhere within a 300km/185 mile radius of Toronto (within Ontario).
• You’ll collaborate with your team largely remotely - we’re all just a Zoom call away! Loopio headquarters is at our beautiful Kensington Market office in downtown Toronto.
• When we are able to do so, we will also have the opportunity to make in-person connections at our Toronto office or during organization-wide events such as our Annual Retreat.
