Job Description

  • Aim to achieve sales target weekly/monthly
  • Minimum amount of daily calls
  • Nurture and follow-up with acquired leads
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Learn the universal call-back script
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and current clients to achieve sales
  • Develop an individual business plan to determine how to achieve sales quotas
  • Administer a business plan for one-on-one meetings
What Were Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • 1-2 years of sales experience is required (Call center or appointment setting experience is strongly suggested)
  • Ability to identify client patterns and other sales trends
  • A people person - interacts well with different personality types
  • Efficient computer skills
  • Excellent time management and organization while booking new appointments
  • Prepares for daily/weekly Impact Meetings and Team Huddles accordingly
