Ultimately, we want to help create a Canada where all 2SLGBTQIA+ youth are validated, included, and empowered to lead healthier lives.Position SummaryBased out of our offices at 489 Queen Street East, the IT Business Analyst will report to the Director of Finance and Business Operations. The analyst is required to perform in a fast-paced high energy environment, supporting staff and senior leadership with the execution of systems, tasks and projects. This role will provide day-to-day support to the staff and senior leadership and perform specialized duties as part of the Operations Team. This position regularly interacts with staff, management, and external consultants and vendors.We are specifically looking for candidates with previous experience in the Canadian IT environment. The candidate should be prepared to manage multiple tasks, tight deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams and our external vendors. This is a perfect position for a client centric professional with a true passion for technology, positive attitude, who likes to learn new things while tackling technical challenges.Duties and Responsibilities
