If you’re ready to bring insights and experience in these areas, we are ready to offer you a best in class career development.Reporting to a Sr. Manager and Practice Lead and being a leadership member of the global resiliency team, the IT Management CyberResiliency and CyberVault Consultant will maintain an effective business relationship with the IBM National Sellers, IBM account teams and the National Client’s to drive Cyber resiliency deals and Cyber resiliency pipeline “wins” and then focus mostly on the execution of the Resiliency consulting, advisory, assessments and recommendation outcomes of the consulting deal.The incumbent will contribute to the development and delivery of CyberResiliency and CyberVault consulting solutions based on first-hand recent experiences. S/he will understand the challenges faced by clients and technology, the alternatives, and the remedy approach to best fit the resiliency requirements. We view DR as the approach for hardware, software, network, facility or local support degradation, inability to locally process/support or for catastrophic failures – we see CyberResiliency and CyberValut as the solution to proactively and reactively manage the data risks target at unauthorized access, potential corruption, lock-out or inaccessibility or the unexpected loss of confidence in the data integrity.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an IT Management Resiliency Technical Platform Consultant, you will support IBM’s consistent growth plan by bringing in your experience and expertise in IT Management Consulting and specifically in the enterprise Resiliency, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery areas.The IT Management CyberResiliency and CyberVault Consultant will perform consulting projects to assess client Cyber requirements and through consulting framework, to design and establish a CyberResiliency and CyberValut solution to incorporate elements of cyber-resiliency, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery to create an air-gapped vault of key services for rganisations to recover when impacted by a cyberattack.The IT Management CyberResiliency and CyberVault Consultant in the consulting project execution, you will perform CyberResiliency and CyberValut assessment, design and build recommendations for implementation and orchestration solutions:Platform: to protect the clients most critical data by isolating it from their operational backup environmentPlatform: to isolate the network with limited replication windowsData: to understand which critical data to replicate to the vaultData: to enable scanning tools to identify anomalies and potential threatsData: to establish ability to identify a clean copy of the data and use it for recovery after an attackThe IT Management Resiliency Technical Platform Consultant, as a subject matter expert, will support the national sales community and account teams in the discussion of CyberResiliency and CyberVault principles to demonstrate (a) evidence of our knowledge and capabilities and (b) assist clients in refining their understanding of IBM Cyber resiliency point-of-views, principles and approaches to increase the posture and orchestration of Cyber resiliency within their enterpriseThe IT Management Resiliency Consultant will create a Resiliency based solution, engineer the solution as part of the proposal process, and to provide proposal content such as estimates, assumptions and deliverables apply customization where necessary against the pre-established offering and custom assets.The IT Management Resiliency Technical Platform Consultant will independently or as part of a consulting team, perform the consulting solution, create the consulting resiliency deliverables, and achieve the project outcomes while communicating the project success resulting in high client satisfaction.Finally, the IT Management Resiliency Technical Platform Consultant will be perceived as the trusted advisor and brand expert for CyberResiliency services within the IBM Canadian, Americas and global Resiliency consulting practices.
