You will be working closely with team members within the Toronto office as well as our other major offices (Vancouver and London).Your day-to-day will involve managing help desk tickets to support our employees, both in North America and in other regions of the world.You will also be tasked with assisting on in-person support in the Toronto office, helping to manage and onboard new hires, and supporting various IT projects.Your RoleSupport employees both in North America and other regions through Helpdesk ticketsSupport our employees in the Toronto office, including executivesSet up hardware and accounts for onboarding of new employeesAssist with various IT projects and initiatives, including deployment of new hardware and applications, and improvements to our systemsThis is a great opportunity for a motivated student who is available for a 6-12 month internship, looking for an opportunity to get hands on experience in a world class IT team.This position requires you to be available to work in our Toronto office 2-3 days per week (hybrid remote thereafter), all Covid-19 safety protocols are in place.We Can’t Wait to Meet You!We couldnt do what we do without our awesome Liders and look forward to welcoming you to our Alida family.
