Join our team!Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is currently looking for a talented and dynamic IT Specialist who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything you do!Job RequirementsThe IT Specialist is responsible for assisting the Director of IT with the efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems, data and voice communications activities at property. The IT Specialist is also in charge of assisting with providing Systems Administration, including maintaining user/group accounts, user configuration, trouble-shooting access problems and completion of on-site documentation and assisting guests on WiFi connections.Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP Communications.
  • Have the ability to install workstations and programs; installing servers would be an asset
  • Understanding of firewalls and switches in an enterprise environment
  • Knowledge of Windows GPO
  • Verifying daily task all systems are running as expected
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
  • This position reports to the Director of IT.
  • Ensure established compliance and continuity standards are met and continuously maintained.
Preferred qualifications & skills
  • At least 2 year’s prior experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service.
  • Successful candidates must possess the ability to work in Canada
