Reporting to our IT manager, you would have the opportunity of implementing our IT infrastructure plans in Canada.What Youll be Responsible for::

  • Setting up new computers, networks, and software for new employees.
  • Inventory management of all IT assets.
  • Providing support to IT department by answering Jira Service Desk ticket and chats, processing paperwork, and responding to user requests.
  • Installing operating systems and other computer software applications on new computers.
  • Providing technical support for computer hardware and software issues.
  • Supporting the maintenance of existing computer systems, including troubleshooting problems with hardware and software.
  • Assisting with computer network security by scanning for vulnerabilities and viruses.
What Youll need to bring to Maropost
  • 0-1 year relevant work experience
  • Background in Computer Science, Network Systems or any other relevant field.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to learn fast and work in an ever-changing, hyper-growth work environment.
  • Solution orientation with strong analytical problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
