Job Description

IT Technical Advisor On behalf of our client in the Financial Services Sector, PROCOM is looking for an IT Technical Advisor. IT Technical Advisor – Job Description

  • Responsible for timely basic access management and basic coordination of customers and suppliers
  • Creation/modification/deletion of basic access (AD groups, creation of new broker accounts, Mainframe, etc.)
  • Manage the full lifecycle of broker and employee accounts
  • Manage service SLAs and KPIs, overall quality of IAM service deliverables, and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage key stakeholders of IAM security services
  • Analyzes, identifies and corrects access risks in the various systems
  • Strong communication skills
IT Technical Advisor – Mandatory Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of PC and centralized system environments
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows, MS Office, LAN/WAN
  • Knowledge of Unix and Oracle
  • Knowledge of centralized environments (AS/400, etc.)
  • Team spirit
  • Rigor
  • Excellent capacity for analysis and synthesis
  • Action oriented
IT Technical Advisor - Nice to Have Skills
  • Knowledge of Sailpoint would be an asset
  • Bilingual English/French an asset
