Job Description

Our team of 550+ staff see clients virtually and physically from our downtown Toronto and Oakville clinics.The Role:As a Data Quality and Integration Analyst on the D&A team, you’ll be a key contributor in ensuring data quality and integration in multiple systems across the organization. You will be scrubbing data, write testing scripts, documenting data mapping. You will also be crucial in identifying, documenting, and solving system process gaps.The Accountabilities:

  • Document and solve data quality issues across a variety of Medcan systems
  • Responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading clients’ data to Salesforce CRM and other Medcan systems as required
  • Data collection, data exploration, data visualization, data modeling using programing language Python, and/or R
  • Query and compile data, validate accuracy, and prepare source data for loads into the systems
  • Manage, document, and ensure consistent system processes across the organization
  • Communicate data integrity issues to business stakeholders in a meaningful way
  • Support the continual improvement of Medcan’s data and data repositories
  • Train users on routine operations and ETL jobs as needed
The Requirements:
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Data manipulation expertise involving data extractions, data matching between multiple systems, transformations, cleansing, and loading
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to solve problems, resolve issues, and escalate when assistance is required all within a timely manner
  • Outstanding analytical skills; ability to query, organize and analyze data with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and cross functionally
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
This is a full-time position that is scheduled primarily during business hours Monday through Friday.
