• Conducting personnel security screening and security clearance activities;
• Creating and providing ID card and access control services;
• Security file management (both hard and electronic copy);
• Providing security administrative support;
• Monitoring, assessing, prioritizing, triaging and assigning Security tickets in a ticket management software;
• Participation in weekly Security Operations team meetings;
• Participation in other assigned security-related projects and tasks not specified above.

Job Requirements:Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience assisting a senior resource conducting tasks and activities related to Physical Security.
• Experience conducting at least two out of six of the following tasks:

1. Assisting with the conduct of threat and risk assessments and researching or drafting recommendations related to physical security;
2. Participating in the development of physical security risk management strategies;
3. Contributing to the conduct of maturity analysis of physical security controls;
4. Supporting role in the Planning and Conducting administrative investigations into the suspected theft or loss of corporate assets; and
5. Researching, developing and/or updating Policy Instruments or other supporting documentation related to Physical Security.
