K&K Swim School is a private swimming lesson company that delivers venue-based swimming lessons throughout the Canadian prairies. This will be used to train all new Instructors on the teaching material. The content must be organized, easy to understand, and engaging.Using the swim school’s current manuals, recruitment and professional training will be made from these edits.The candidate will…Work closely with the CEO to compile all of our current teaching materials, videos, curriculum, and moreIdentify ways to repurpose existing content by suggesting graphic, visual, or technical revisionsCreate a learning path that is easily followed while ensuring knowledge can be retainedEnsure the flow of training is logical and obtainable by removing all redundancies and target various types of learning styles to reach K&K Swim Schools educational goalsDecipher content into manageable timelines, edit existing content and graphics for learning modules, resource guides, refreshers and other templates as necessaryEnsuring that all content is free of spelling and grammatical errorsYou will work closely with the CEO to guarantee a strong product.What you need to succeed:Experience in curriculum and content creationExperience in the curriculum life cycle, with proven ability to impact learning potentialExperience in editing existing contentExperience in some or most of these software programs and tools will be advantageous: Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Quicktime, Workramp (bonus)A background in swimming (knowledge of stokes, concepts is considered an asset)Very high attention to detail and deadline-driven with strong organizational skillsStrong written and oral communication styles, confident working autonomously or in a collaborative and team environmentIf this sounds like you, we would love to meet you.
