It’s the defining attribute that we look for in our people.Responsibilities:Develops ITSM process activities through the development of policies, processes and procedures in order to establish a standard methodology/practice that will optimize Customer Service Support and Delivery performanceCreating and implement IT hardware asset life cycle strategy; liaise with Supplier Management, IT Request and other internal IT teams in day-to-day activities including procurement for hardware and software.Formulate and implement processes, procedures and systems for tracking and analyzing software, hardware, and equipment from requisition through retirement. Understanding of ServiceNow CMDB structure. Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationshipsDesigns, develops, and implements custom patterns, probes, and sensors to achieve a complete and accurate discovery of infrastructure components and application services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manages ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow Service Mapping.Overall good Knowledge on quickly understanding ServiceNow new features comes with new releases and implement them to already existing applications for better outcomes.Qualifications:Develops ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS.Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs. Integrate the Solution with client HR Systems.Expert knowledge on building out ServiceNow customized Service Portal using Angular – JS (Employee Self Service Portal)Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service CatalogExperience administering a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items, application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls.Design and develop moderately complex scripts, workflows, and integrations to create custom applications in ServiceNow.Experience with domain separation and system/process automation (orchestration).Certification in ServiceNow Administration, Implementation, or Application Creation (ITIL and ServiceNow Implementer certs desired).Participate in the agile development process utilizing the SCRUM module in ServiceNow.Proficient in the development of web services (and the associated security patterns) including but not limited to Json, SOAP and XML.Employee Status : Full Time EmployeeShift : Day JobTravel : NoJob Posting : Jul 26 2022About Cognizant Cognizant (Nasdaq-100: CTSH) is one of the worlds leading professional services companies, transforming clients business, operating and technology models for the digital era.
