Job Description

Join our Healthcare Data team as a Lead Solution Support Analyst, a combination of business operations support business analyst and financial data product analysis responsibilities. In this role, you will work directly with the VP, Products to quickly develop and communicate strategic imperatives to a diverse group of cross-functional leaders of all levels while analyzing product performance and overseeing product revenue variances and trends.About You – education, experience, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 10 years of relevant industry experience
  • At least 5 years of SQL, CRM, SFDC, and Excel experience

  • Master’s degree
  • Financial data product analyst experience
What will you be doing in this role
  • Build transactional product solutions pricing for clients
  • Product white space reporting
  • Analyze product performance and report back to Product Leads
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and yearly product revenue variances and advise on syndicated vs builder revenue trend recommendations against target
  • Proactively lead with the ability to identify key issues, define corrective actions, and drive to resolution and accountability within Product life cycle
  • Work independently while maintaining high level of detail
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner
