The successful candidate will partner with internal and external business leaders and stakeholders to build and refine training programs, initiatives, and events. We are excited to be growing a culture that offers a variety of opportunities to impact growth and development!As a Member of Our Team, You Will be Responsible For:Training Delivery

  • Deliver in-person, blended, and online learning experiences to improve individual and organizational performance and development
  • Deliver to different audiences in a mature and professional learning environment
  • Evaluate learner application of skills and knowledge through observation and testing results
  • Manage all learning evaluations, and utilize feedback to update material and delivery accordingly
  • Manage registration and attendance via Workday and internal intranet
  • Act as the point of contact for all learning & development (L&D) events such as Lunch & Learns, training and other culture and talent supporting initiatives
Program Management
  • Own all updates and scheduling for the enterprise L&D calendar
  • Own all updates for the L&D Centre via the company’s internal intranet
  • Ensure respective programs are professionally managed, meet business needs, adhere to internal and external requirements and, align with business priorities
  • Keep current on emerging trends/developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools, and techniques
  • Provide industry knowledge for L&D and participate in knowledge transfer within the HR team
Vendor Management
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external L&D vendors
  • Act as SME for vendors in terms of content and delivery modalities
  • Manage vendor contracts coming up for renewal and provide leaders with required information to execute contract processes
  • Act as point of contact for all L&D events such as in-person and virtual guest speakers and peer events
What do you need to succeed
  • Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Adult Education, Human Resources, Business or a related field. (CTP, CTDP Designation or Master Trainer Certification is considered an asset)
  • Advanced knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional methodologies (needs assessments, content development and evaluation methods) for senior leadership audiences
  • Strong facilitation skills; experience producing and delivering training programs in-person, virtual and hybrid environments
  • Proficiency using technical applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and team collaboration sites (Teams)
  • Proficient in all on-site technology as it relates to training (presentation tools, meeting rooms and other related technology)
  • Previous experience using HRIS systems and other learning management platforms (Workday Learning preferred)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to prioritize, balance competing demands and influence internal and external stakeholders towards desired results
  • Strong relationship management skills; ability to collaborate effectively with external vendors to support training initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a young, rapidly changing and growing business
