Job Description

Launched in 2013, we are one of the fastest growing companies in Canada and globally recognized as an innovator within the apparel space.The Inbound Logistics Coordinator is accountable for the day-to-day coordination and administration of our inbound shipping from domestic and overseas vendors. This role will be responsible for ensuring goods flow into our warehouses in an accurate, timely and cost-efficient manner. You will be responsible for ensuring we have the necessary commercial documentation collected for each transaction in order to ensure a smooth transit without delay, and you will be ensuring the accuracy of those documents. You will be responsible for moving goods to tight timelines centred around company product launches and inventory needs. You will be expected to anticipate problems with shipments and recommend solutions before they arrive. The Inbound Coordinator will work closely with the Operations team to manage and improve our inbound processes and tools we use.About You

The Opportunity:
  • Managing the end to end inbound tracking of open Purchase Orders/Inbound Shipments
  • Communicate with our factories, freight forwarders, customs teams, and our 3PL partners to help deliver a smooth process for all stakeholders involved
  • Develop a strong partnership with current and future freight forwarders in order to guarantee space and ensure prioritization
  • Perform all landed cost data input and reporting associated with master production of goods within our ERP systems
  • Manage the receiving of inventory into our ERP system
  • Support Operations leaders with data requests for ad-hoc and monthly reporting.
  • Approving vessel schedules, forwarder used, and the costs associated with the transport of inbound goods
  • Working internally to understand prioritization of certain inventory from our factories
  • Work closely with team members to develop a suitable 3-5 year inbound shipment structure suitable for supporting a rapidly expanding company.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years experience in Inbound Logistics, ideally within a similar environment or industry (DTC or eCommerce), or an education specializing in Supply Chain + Logistics
  • Previous experience with an ERP, project & transport management systems. Knowledge of Netsuite is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin is an asset.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and project management tools (i.e.: Asana, Monday.com, Trello, etc.)
  • A growth mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities for process improvement + optimization
