Job Description

FOX GROUP is the leading retail group with an ever-growing portfolio of partnerships with homegrown and global fashion & lifestyle brands, such as FOX HOME, LALINE and MANGO.Fox Group is looking for logistics specialist to support stores operations in Ontario.What you will be doing:

  • Management and responsibility for operational activities and processes.
  • Logistic supplier: Working closely and monitoring 3PL provider.
  • Inventory monitoring in sites and warehouses.
  • Shipments tracking: Follow up on shipments to make sure items delivered on time.
  • Imports -managing import and export activities.
  • Logistics improvements: Consistently seeking new opportunities to improve processes, costs, and methods.
  • Manage Stocktaking
  • Full responsibility for receiving the inventory arriving in Canada for each brand and checking gaps if they arise.
Professional experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Industrial Engineering/supply chain/ logistics.
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistical operations.
  • Service and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Manage problems troubleshooting and ability to problem solving.
  • High level of oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • High-level proficiency in Excel.
  • A willingness to work hard.
  • A team player.
  • Experience with Canadian markets is required.
  • Attendance on a daily basis in the office is required.
  • Frequent travel to local sites and off-site locations may be required.
