We’re on a mission to intelligently automate customer support services with market leading software solutions that keep the modern, Wi-Fi connected homes of the future optimized.Our products are changing the world of technical support and we are looking for amazing talent to join our team and help us revolutionize this $15 billion dollar industry.We are hiring an Manager, Account Management to join us and to continue scaling our upsell business. Reporting to the VP, Sales, you will have responsibility over some of our largest accounts. Grow revenue empower incredible talent and achieve amazing things as we transform the way WIFI support is done globally!In this role you will:

  • Grow revenue within existing large enterprise accounts by identifying new sales opportunities and successfully seeing them through contracting.
  • Conduct well-informed and consultative meetings with senior level executives to demonstrate the business value of our product that clearly articulates our innovative products.
  • Negotiate expansions and renewals (when necessary) that profit our business while benefiting the client and shepherd the deal through procurement negotiation.
  • Gain command of our corporate message, leverage data in our platform and identify strategic growth opportunities to help clients understand and grow their business.
  • Exceptional Salesforce hygiene to provide up to date and accurate ongoing forecasts
  • Collaborate with Customer Success team to help maximize client use, value, and satisfaction of our platform.
  • Identify and articulate opportunities and risks withing our customer base to key internal stakeholders.
You bring to the table:
  • Ability to sell a disruptive technology.
  • Experience selling to VP and C-level executives.
  • Experience selling into an existing customer base with a heavy focus on upsell in large accounts.
  • Excellent at applying a structured approach to manage complex enterprise solution sales.
  • Team sales approach – able to work with multiple people and teams to see the sales cycle through.
  • Creative Builder.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Management experience a plus but not required – the above is really the key. You need to be able to navigate large organizations to drive results!
