They will be instrumental in delivering analytic products to the non-financial risk management clients we serve: Enterprise Insider Risk Management (EIRM), Fraud Risk Management (FRM), Operational Risk Management (ORM), Technology Risk, Global Securityamp; Investigations (GSI) and the Privacy Office.The ideal candidate will have data related analytics experience along with strong business acumen and communication skills.Job DetailsAbout this RoleServe as Product Owner over the team #39;s Analytic Lab platform consisting of an MS SQL / AlteryX / Python server, AKORA (Azure) cloud curatedamp; analytic zone and various data landing zonesManage a cross-functional POD (people manager role with 2-3 direct reports) consisting of data engineers, data scientists, data management and technology professionals, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data products, providing guidance and day-to-day prioritization, and ensuring adherence to industry best practicesPlay an integral role in scrum or Kanban events (e.g., stand-ups, retrospectives) by expressing new ideas for improving product value or delivery efficiency and sharing with leadership as appropriateDesign, implement and maintain performance of reliable ETL pipelines and data models that feed various DAR products · Develop and maintain DAR #39;s on-premises and cloud-based analytics environments, providing direction to architects, developers, project managers, BSAs and vendorsWork closely with Data Management and Data Governance teams to ensure all industry standards and best practices are metWork with stakeholders to understand data sources and DAR #39;s strategy in supporting its clients with our on-premises environment and enterprise Azure cloud solutionJob RequirementsWhat can you bring to TD Share your most relevant experience, credentials and knowledge for this role, as well as these essential requirements and attributes:Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in quantitative discipline such as data management, analytics, computer engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, economics7 years relevant data and analytics experienceAgile PM - Experience as a Product Owner for data and/or analytics intensive solutions - identifying customer data needs, prioritizing backlog, guiding solution construction and implementationData - Advanced knowledge of industry data tools such as SQL, Python, SSIS and Alteryx is a must. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services including Azure Data Factory, Databricks, ADLS, Delta Lake, Azure SQL DB and Azure Synapse is considered a strong asset.Excel and PowerPoint - Working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint is considered an asset. to draft storyboards and execute narratives in PPT common in advisory or consultancy roles is also valued.Modeling - Experience developing and implementing statistical models is considered a nice-to-have.Feel free to attach professional or personal work that showcase your abilities.
