Job Description

Vogue International - a division of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health - is recruiting for a Manager, Vogue Connected Commerce. This position can be located in Clearwater, FL; Skillman, NJ; Ft. Washington, PA; Los Angeles, CA; Minneapolis, MN; Rogers, AR; or Toronto, Canada. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.Do you love a fast-paced environment Enjoy leading an end-to-end business including sales and customer marketing responsibilities Then consider joining our team!The Vogue Connected Commerce manager will build growth strategies to win in Amazon, 3P, and Last mile delivery customers inclusive of media promotions (eg: Amazon Advertising); as well as lead Omnichannel capabilities, measurement & reporting, and partner with Walmart.com and Target.com CDMs to fuel growth. In this role, youll lead a team to develop and execute business plans that achieve sales goals for eCommerce including 6P (Packaging, Promotion, Pricing, Point-of-Purchase, Placement, Persuasion) +AI (Availability/Assortment, Innovation) fundamentals. Youll serve as the key sales point of contact for information and action, and also as the voice of the customer within the company. Plus youll have the opportunity to work on some special projects along the way!Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to drive profitable growth with Amazon US to achieve annual plan. Own total Amazon Advertising investment and deployment in partnership with agency.
  • Leverage findings and insights to help shape strategic growth plans with key US and Canadian eCommerce customers.
  • Design the Vogue e-commerce product portfolio and commercialization capability exceeding channel requirements. Ensure creation of demand generating programs which drive traffic, conversion and loyalty. Construct online offers that provide synergy with, but unique reasons for purchase from, in-store assortments.
  • Embed digital strategies into all core promotional initiatives and all key brand plans. Ensure the creation of seamless brand plans that include digital into the path to purchase.
  • Coach and mentor direct report(s) and appraise their performance. Communicate and track short and long range Connected Commerce plans.
QualificationsExperience and Skills:Required:
  • A minimum of 5 years business and progressive commercial experience
  • BA/BS in a business-related field is required. MBA preferred.
  • Strategic, critical thinker with ability to think both creatively and analytically.
  • Ability to prioritize and to successfully manage multiple projects/initiatives; interpret and communicate complex business data; and manage conflict and negotiate successfully
  • Strong collaboration & communication skills are required, and ability to build relationships.
  • Strong business and financial savvy; proven track record in financials and budgets.
  • Ability to persuade & lead cross-functional teams across multiple levels (above & below).
  • Strong digital literacy, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database and web applications.
Preferred:
  • Specific experience in the on-line selling channel and shopper insights
  • Platinum customer (Amazon, Target, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS) experience. Experience with Beauty and/or Haircare products is a plus.
Other:
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
