Come be a part of the team.Job DescriptionRole SummaryAs Manager, Content & Partnerships, you will be working with a creative and strategic team that is responsible for the brand positioning, storytelling, and purposeful partnerships of MLSE Foundation & MLSE LaunchPad. This team prides itself on creating and communicating impact while putting our ‘youth first, always’ value at the core of its work.You will be responsible for leading all aspects of MLSE Foundation and MLSE LaunchPad’s digital channels with an audience of over 30,000 and the servicing strategy for a roster of corporate partners. You will be a part of the management team contributing to the strategic direction of our organization and will work cross-functionally with various MLSE departments to increase the impact of your portfolio. If you have experience coaching and developing teams, building brands and growing purpose driven partnerships, we believe you’ll enjoy the Manager, Content & Partnerships role.Your TeamIn this role you will report into the Director of Partnerships & Engagement and have two team members reporting directly to you: one Content Coordinator and one Account Manager.What you’ll be doing:Content:

  • Own the development of MLSE Foundation & MLSE LaunchPad’s brand architecture, positioning and strategy.
  • Oversee all content and storytelling for MLSE Foundation and MLSE LaunchPad using a strengths-based, youth-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with MLSE’s marketing department on community impact content and storytelling.
  • Work with MLSE’s Teams to improve community impact storytelling tied to our team brands.
  • Build MLSE Foundation & MLSE LaunchPad’s brand as leaders in Sport For Development.
Partnerships:
  • Own the service side of a growing portfolio of purpose driven corporate partnerships.
  • Work alongside our partnerships sales team to develop, optimize, and implement a partnership funding strategy.
  • Collaborate with MLSE’s Global Partnerships team to deliver against partner and community objectives and collaborate on new partnership opportunities to support MLSE Foundation’s partnership targets.
  • Work closely with our Research and Evaluation team to ensure key outcomes and results are reported to corporate partners.
  • Remain up to date on new research and standard processes for purpose driven partnerships and how they could apply to our Sport For Development environment.
QualificationsYou’re an excellent fit for this job if:

  • You are a clear, confident, and thoughtful communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are comfortable managing a budget and ensuring alignment with forecasts and expectations.

  • You are comfortable working across partners, participants and community members of varying ages, cultural backgrounds and lived experiences.
  • You’re confident using tools like Microsoft office to support your productivity and are comfortable adapting to changing priorities as needed.
