Job DescriptionAs the Manager of Data Science and Analytics, you will lead and build a small but growing team responsible for transforming Vention’s rich data into insights that directly impact strategic decisions across the company. You’ll get your hands dirty applying data science techniques to solve high-impact problems in operations, growth, product, and customer experience—all while helping establish the data vision and infrastructure that scales with our business.This is a unique opportunity for a strong leader and active contributor who thrives in a high-autonomy, high-impact role and is excited about growing the data function from the ground up. Today, you’ll manage one data analyst and work hands-on with engineering and business teams.
