To ensure the health and safety of our team members, including those in the recruitment process, our team members are working from home, and are equipped to do so safely and efficiently.The Manager, Forecasting and Analytics will be accountable for driving and evolving forecasting models, and sharing insights to support the overall Wireless customer lifecycle and acquisition strategy, with the goal of improving business growth and customer satisfaction. This role will focus more on prepaid, however will require a good understanding of the dynamics between prepaid and postpaid, to an effort to gain a deeper perspective of Flanker vs prepaid impacts. The successful candidate will be strategic, command a strong business acumen to understand how to move the business forward, and have the analytical skills to bring ideas to life.What you will be doing:

  • Deliver subscriber reporting, forecasting and insights
  • Present subscriber performance and forecast to key stakeholders on regular basis
  • Develop and maintain forecast model of key subscriber metrics
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop budget and quarterly commit forecast on subscribers with market assumptions
  • Understanding prepaid churn dynamics (active and inactive) to better predict churn.
  • Deep dive into performance of Flanker postpaid brand and prepaid, bringing insights on relationships
  • Translate business issues into analytical requirements; prepare concise insights and present findings to management and cross-functional team, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Present to Senior Leadership Team when required
What you bring:
  • Undergraduate degree. Masters degree is considered an asset.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in forecasting and analytic roles demonstrating an ability to derive actionable insights. Knowledge of telecom industry is a plus.
  • Excellent skills in Excel, Powerpoint, Thinkcell, PowerPivot, and Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of programming tools like SAS/SQL, relational databases, PowerQuery, and Tableau.
  • Proficient in statistics and business/financial analysis
  • Solid organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to a changing environment to provide results
  • Good work ethic, with the ability to work both independently and with teams
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
