The Manager, Global Creative Services, leads a team of 2 Designers and is responsible for the successful operation of our Global Creative Studio. This is a crucial and one-of-a-kind role on our team. We’ll rely on you to keep the flow of traffic running smoothly, act as chief brand steward, working to promote our brand. You will also work to promote and leverage the newest technologies and approaches to deliver product solutions to the global business, making it easier for our colleagues to get the brand marketing materials they need when they need it, in the format they need it in.As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:Working with multiple stakeholders across our business and project managing workflows through our design studio from scheduling to execution and quality controlBuilding strong internal relationships and a robust understanding of business objectives to identify ways in which marketing and communications can further Oxford’s business strategyParticipating in the creation of content for marketing and communications tools including brochures, presentations, digital and social content, etc.Evaluating priorities as they relate to business objectives and contributing to broader brand and marketing initiatives in support of the company strategic plan and future visionMarshalling a large pool of on-demand resources, from vendors, contractors, freelancers and suppliers, to scale up or down as workflows requireSpearheading the process of improving workflows and delivering product solutions, using new software, tools and training;Proactively identifying opportunities and priorities to further leverage marketing and the studio as a tool in achieving company objectivesMaintaining deep understanding of marketing and real estate best practices on a global basis, and challenge current practices to ensure continuous improvementProviding information, data and insights on business requirements, current state processes and studio workflowsTo succeed in this role, you have:A university degree in marketing, communications or business strongly preferred5+ years of experience in a creative studio or similarThe ability to analyze constantly changing market conditions and quickly implement marketing initiatives to meet dynamic market conditionsFamiliarity with project management software, Adobe Creative Suite and digital asset management solutionsExperience in video, print and digital productionHighly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience & knowledge of commercial real estate sector and/or residential property management is an asset but not requiredStrong relationship building and leadership skills to collaborate with internal and external teams and customersStrong curiosity, judgment and confidence in decision making, with a mature approach to engaging with colleagues and stakeholders of all levelsAppreciation of design and the creative processSelf-motivated team-player who believes in pro-active and transparent communication, frequently collaborating with peersInitiative and creativity; displaying a high degree of imagination and willingness to explore new avenues in order to succeedIntegrity; quickly establishing a reputation as trustworthy and forthright is key for success within OxfordLeadership skills; both in managing the design teams and in working alongside global partnersA deep understanding that how you do what you do, is as important as what you doResults-oriented and execution-focused, possessing a bias for actionSuperior communication skills; both written and oralOur story:Oxford Properties Group connects people to exceptional places, and is the owner, developer and manager of some of the world’s best real estate assets.
