We provide support our Digital business partners with data collection implementation, insights, advanced analytics and data science to build data-driven solutions to deliver richer, more connected personalized experiences to our customers.Within DDA, the Measurement Solutions team is responsible for managing and enhancing the analytics capabilities of TD Bank digital & mobile platforms supporting projects, ad-hoc and marketing tagging requests with best-in-class measurement strategy.Reporting into the Sr. Manager of the Measurement Solutions Team, the Measurement Solutions Manager will lead a team of Sr. Analysts responsible for the implementation, continued integration and knowledge transfer of our analytics stack including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Google Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Mobile Services, Ensighten and others.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:

• Oversee a group of Measurement Solutions Sr. Analysts for specific business segments, ensuring projects deliver capabilities that enable actionable insights, segmentation, and personalization capabilities.
• Manage daily operations, prioritization activities, resourcing and overall analytics delivery of TD’s analytics stack (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Launch, Adobe Mobile Services, Ensighten) and 3rd party marketing tags (DoubleClick, Rakuten, Facebook, etc.)
• Establish short- and long-term measurement strategies and targeting capability roadmaps driven by partner-funded projects and digital marketing campaigns.
• Represent TD as the business owner for Adobe Analytics and associated products and services, monitoring ongoing project charges, performing internal coaching and training sessions, and ensuring user access and governance is upheld.
• Be a champion of data quality by evangelizing procedures and enforcing quality standards and own responsibility for the digital data governance standards and process.
• Build for the future and provide people leadership; oversee personal development plans and strategies to attract, motivate and retain highly diverse, qualified and engaged team members.
• Keep abreast of product updates (Adobe, Ensighten, etc), best practices and proactively follow up with required changes in our implementation and appropriate communications.

RequirementsRequirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in Digital analytics
• 3+ years’ experience in people management
• Experience with tag management tools (DTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium, Ensighten) and their configuration
• Experience in implementing/troubleshooting/deploying the Adobe stack, Google 360 and/or 3rd party marketing tags using DTM or Adobe Launch or Ensighten
• Expert-level knowledge in developing Adobe Analytics Solution Design Reference (SDR)
• Understanding of Adobe Analytics processing rules, SAINT classifications, report suite configuration, and data feeds
• Experience in web development or working with a team of web developers or analysts
• Skillful communication (written and verbal), negotiation and partnership skills to balance stakeholder input but remain objective to reach the right outcome
• Great time-management skills and ability to stay resilient under pressure
• Good cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management
• Demonstrated coaching, mentoring and relationship-building skills, with superior ability to make things happen through the use of positive influence
• Prioritized focus on personal and career development, both your own and your team’s
