This position has principal responsibility for creative programming and related maintenance of the companys website components, participating in all phases of the web development cycle. Manages the work efforts of front-end web developers/individual contributors with performance appraisals. Establishes short and mid-term work plans and optimizes resources to ensure that work area objectives are consistently met. This position works closely with the Manager, DevOps and team leads to develop and manage websites, landing pages, emails and more throughout the production cycle. He or she will support and mentor the web development team and be able to work or assist on any projects when needed.The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, be deadline-focused and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, demonstrate great customer service and have the ability to multi-task. The individual should have experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP or Twig, version control systems and CI/CD deployment pipelines. He or she should have the ability to solve problems and troubleshoot, be familiar with SEO trends and have quality assurance knowledge.
