Fundamental to the success of this role is the ability to collaborate with cross functional partners, drive strategic decisions, recognize opportunities for improvement and keep customer experience top of mind.What you will be doing:You are the Rogers for Business Wireless Product expert for Salesforce implementationDeliver on the Transformation roadmap and provide regular updates at the working level and up to SLTPartner with Product Managers to provide requirements to develop Wireless Products and functionality in SalesforceLead requirements gathering sessions with focus on simplification, user experience, ease of maintenance and future market trendsSupport Agile development in Salesforce and Waterfall development in legacy IT stacksParticipate in functional and technical design, QA and BRT testingLead Go to Market activities of each marketable launchBuild strong and ongoing relationships with business leads, assisting on business specific analysisWork collaboratively across the organization, facilitating effective communication across business units and functional lines of businessWhat you bring:5+ years of experience in the Telecom Industry with exposure to Wireless Billing systems, Products or pricingExperience in SFDC and/or VlocityExperience in Agile methodologiesExhibit strong analytical proficiencies, advanced in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and SQLStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs in a fast paced environmentSuperior written & verbal communication skills to effectively communicate across the organizationSolid relationship building and influencing skills with a proven ability to work within a team environmentA master storyteller that can anchor their work & recommendations to facts and numbers that tie into business resultsPassionate and committed, and can go ‘above and beyond’ always raising the stakes in their roleSchedule: Full timeShift: DayLength of Contract: Not Applicable (Regular Position)Work Location: 333 Bloor Street East (824), Toronto, ONTravel Requirements: Up to 10%Posting Category/Function: Marketing & Product DevelopmentRequisition ID: 245278Together, well make more possible, and these six shared values guide and define our work:Our people are at the heart of our successOur customers come first.
