To ensure the health and safety of our team members, including those in the recruitment process, our team members are temporarily working from home.The Manager, Wireless Resale position is based in downtown Toronto at 333 Bloor Street, and will report into Sr Manager, Resale. The Manager will be responsible for leading the overall Wireless Resale portfolio, negotiating contracts, account plans, product plans, business cases, forecasting, budgets, analysis and market intelligence, and providing project support for the portfolio.What you will be doing:Manage existing, negotiate prospective and operationalize Wireless Resale Agreements from end to end while maintaining contract compliance at all timesDevelop business cases to support new agreements, terms and products, by performing in depth analysis of market and by gaining internal support from appropriate stakeholders, such at Finance, IT, Network, CBU and R4BManage customer expectations and maintain account control to properly set customer expectations, maximize sales opportunities while minimizing channel conflictDevelop account plans, product road maps, forecasts, and budgets to maximize revenueLiaise with various functional areas within the organization to gather inputs or address any issuesManage activities related to reporting, analytics and project related activities of the overall portfolioSupport the operational activities of existing and new products/services and lead internal cross-functional teamsManage the budgetary and reporting process, track leading and lagging KPIs and market intelligence, and update forecast on a monthly basis to develop a full view of the portfolioManage the new partner request funnel and onboarding activities for new partnersLead portfolio related projects by defining interlock project scopes and deliverablesDevelop communication plans; create socialization decks and briefing notes to senior management advising of status or intent of projects and productsStay up-to-date on any changes in the regulatory framework that can influence the portfolioWhat you bring:University bachelor’s degree or higherA strong sense of initiative with accountability and leadership skills to make decisionsA dynamic and pro-active individual with a sense of urgency for resolution and ability to executeSolid interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and negotiating skills including the ability to influence and persuadeFinancial background and strong data analytical skillsStrong multi-tasking and decision-making skills are requiredEffective organizational skills with the ability to prioritizeAttention to details, solution-oriented approach to problem solvingAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentTelecom experience preferredExperience with leading cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with working in a regulated environment preferredSchedule: Full timeShift: DayLength of Contract: Not Applicable (Regular Position)Work Location: 333 Bloor Street East (824), Toronto, ONTravel Requirements: No SelectionPosting Category/Function: Marketing & Product ManagementRequisition ID: 246576Together, well make more possible, and these six shared values guide and define our work:Our people are at the heart of our successOur customers come first.
