Lumino, one of the products within this portfolio, enables Canadians to find health-care resources and providers (dentists, physiotherapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, and more). For these providers, Lumino Health is a new way to market their practice and connect with more patients.We are looking for a skilled and driven Marketing Automation Specialist to join the Lumino team to support all marketing initiatives. The ideal candidates will possess solid problem-solving skills, strategic thinking ability, aptitude and attention to detail. They should have a desire to learn new skills and tools as this role provides great learning opportunities on enterprise marketing management with advanced marketing automation platforms and industry leading best practices.What will you do

  • Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to build complex email journeys and automated campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop strategic campaigns that support product developments, encourage engagement and meet conversion KPIs
  • Develop and execute web strategies to support marketing campaigns
  • Provide technical support to develop, test and implement enhancements to the CRM technology, processes, and integrations.
  • Monitor and maintain technical workflows and automations using analytical skills and knowledge to test, measure and optimize campaigns
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for refinement of processes and technology and brainstorm potential solutions
  • Understand measurement methodologies, why we need them and when to use them (A/B testing, Test/Control etc.)
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements and key performance indicators and report findings back to internal stakeholders
What do you need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in a field with a strong technical core such as Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field
  • Solid technical foundation and knowledge of relational databases, SQL and JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, DOM, CORS and other web standards, technologies & protocols
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of industry standard and best practices for digital and direct marketing contact management (CASL, prioritization etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of reporting development/requirements
  • Preferred 2 years experience working with Marketing Automation tools such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Acoustic, Marketo or HubSpot.
What will be nice to have
  • Related work experience in Campaign execution and operations, marketing automation, digital communications, database marketing and data analysis
  • Certification in Adobe Campaign for Business Practitioner, Developer Expert or Architect
  • Experience working with web analytics, web development, development of landing pages and web forms
  • BI platforms for reporting (Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc.)
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar tools
  • Marketing resource management tools (Wrike, Workfront etc.)

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
