In this role you will design and communicate innovative print and digital solutions to convey the Echelon brand message to the marketplace. Working closely with the Marketing Analyst, key areas of focus in this role include but are not limited to, graphic design, SEO analytics, social media input and creation of e-newsletters.In an internal client-focused role, customer service is of upmost importance. Internal feedback will be gathered in order to ensure marketing is delivering best in class service. • Support in the creation of high-end designs and innovative ideas for print and digital deliverables for the company as required
• Create outstanding design layouts, with superior typography and use of colour, images and fonts, allowing for readability
• Multi-task: manage multiple projects i.e.. planning, scheduling, and communicating with internal stakeholders
• Gain deep knowledge of Echelon brand quality standards and guidelines. Strictly adhere to these in all your work.
• Maximize SEO opportunities and interpret web analytics
• Understanding digital trends: suggest brand opportunities in relation to those trends and how we could leverage them
• Provide support to the Marketing Analyst
• Create and distribute the corporate e-newsletter

Required Experience, Education, Skills & Behaviours:

• Minimum 1-year relevant experience, preferably within the Financial Services industry
• Self-starter
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Superb attention to detail
• Can quickly shift focus from print to digital creative
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Diplomatic and relationship building skills. Lead and manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• A positive attitude and collaborative behavior to achieve team goals and objectives
