Our team of 550+ staff see clients virtually and physically from our downtown Toronto and Oakville clinics.The Role:We are currently recruiting for a Membership Coordinator for Medcan’s growing Client Experience and Operations team. This role is primarily focused on supporting our enterprise retention efforts.We are seeking a highly motivated, client focused professional with exceptional organizational skills that would like to help solve real world business challenges in an entrepreneurial environment. This position is perfect for a recent University graduate. Under the direction from our Manager, Client Success you will work closely with the membership team to ultimately increase client satisfaction, resulting in increased retention rates and higher product penetration.Medcan has strategic objective to grow substantially over the next 5 years. As a Membership Coordinator, there will be no shortage of opportunities for growth.   • Provide exceptional client service, build strong client relationships, and serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Leverage exceptional product knowledge, brand understanding, selling points and featured seasonal services/products
  • Manage the scheduling and booking of appointments for existing and new clients, while recommending appropriate services to clients based on client health aspirations
  • Increase sales via cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and promotional offers
  • Support engagement and response efforts via telephone and email enquires from clients and internal Medcan staff
  • Update plan members profile related information including credit card and other attributes
  • Track and contribute to the monthly progress towards membership/program renewal targets
  • Facilitate client membership plan adjustments and sending invoices to clients upon request
  • Assist with organization to help maximize efficiency and exceptional client service
  • Work with marketing and product teams on retention strategies across product pillars
  • Participate in client satisfaction initiatives and proactively communicate customer feedback
  • Other duties as assigned
The Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, or Health Sciences
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Some background in client service (phone or in-person) and/or client loyalty & retention will be a strong asset.
  • This role is well suited to candidates who can prioritize and work independently but also be able to work with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders such as but not limited to Marketing, Product, Sales, IT, Finance, Clinic, and Physicians.

This position is full-time and is scheduled primarily during business hours Tuesday through Saturday .
